After you make a purchase on a Website, you will gain access to our Member's area- a one stop source for all your information needs. The Member's area combines the power of over 30 different searches, tools, and resources to help you in your investigation process. Our Member's area is conveniently divided into two types of searches, Direct and Unlimited (as more fully described below). Your "Search Results Access" fee will grant you access to our Member's area, and will also be your Direct search balance. You can use these funds to execute various Direct searches. Please note that your credit card or your PayPal account is not charged each time you conduct Direct searches. The cost for each Direct search will be deducted from your Direct search balance. Should you run out of funds, you may purchase additional searches in our Member's area. After the expenditure of your funds, your subsequent use of the CIS Nationwide's products and services will be subject to CIS Nationwide's then-current rates. You can also purchase an "Unlimited Search Pass" for an additional fee which will grant you access to our "Unlimited" section of the Member's area. Searches included with the Unlimited Search Pass will vary depending on the Website from which you originally signed up.

The "search history" feature allows you to retrieve your past search results inside the member's area. To access your search history, please follow these instructions:

1. Log in to your CIS Nationwide Members account.

2. Go to "My Account" in the upper right side of the webpage. Scroll down to the "view your Search history" section.

3. Select the desired search from your search history and click on the "results" tab at the far right side of this page.

Please note that your search history results are only kept for 60 days, after which they are deleted.
