Know About Hair Brushes

Nowadays, one can find a good variety of different types of hair brushes that can be used for multiple hair styling and for other purposes as well. Hair brushes are basically used to keep the texture of the hair tidy and help dispense the natural oils from the scalp to the end of the hair strands.
Some of the different types of hair brush that you may find in the market are wire brushes, round and flat thermal hair brushes, paddle brush, sculpting brush, oval brushes and cushioned hair brushes. All these tend to serve different purposes for varied hair types.
For example, the paddle type hair brushes are always recommended as good for straightening and smoothing the hair. They can easily frizzle out all the curls and waves and produce straight and silky hair. However, these are not always suitable for puffing volume.
Sculpting type hair brushes always turn out to be suitable for sharp, chopped hair edges and thereby, are recommended for short haircuts. These can be used on textured shape and rounded layers as well and are prominently used for back combing the hair.
Thermal hair brushes are available in two types. They are either flat or rounded. The flat thermal hair brushes stretch the hair and help produce a smooth, silky look while the round thermal ones help give shape to short hair. This is why they are mostly used during blow drying.
For people with fine hair, it is always suggested to get a wire type hair brush that has small plastic balls to the ends of its metal spokes so that they are not too rough on the scalp. However, these can be helpful for people with curly and wavy hair and can help untangle annoying knots.
There are oval type hair brushes as well that are suitable for long straight hair and help produce volume. Same is the case with cushioned hair brushes. They tend to give a smooth look to medium and long hair and prevent breakage particular.
Lastly, there are synthetic and natural bristled hair brushes in the market. The synthetic ones are easily available and are less expensive yet the natural bristled ones are recommended for proper hair care.
